What is “Shomin No Aji” ?

I’m Gonbay.
This is the 1st post submitted to this blog.
The reasons why I started this blog are as follows,

• To have a place which I can use English, (so my English is under learning )
• To get skill of creating and managing blog,
• To increase income,
• To introduce some aspects of Japanese culture to foreign people who are not living in Japan, but those who are interested in visiting Japan as a sightseeing.

Let me explain more details of the 4th reason. If you are interested in Japan, or Japanese culture, you probably know “Sushi” (寿司), “Sukiyaki”　(すき焼き) which are famous Japanese cuisine. But you may not know “Ochadsuke” (お茶漬け), which is more common food for Japanese ordinally people. I’m sure that you must be able to search what is sushi very easily on the internet, but it’s more difficult to know what kind of “Ochadsuke” Japanese ordinally people eat in their daily life.

And also, I’m glad if you keep in mind that I’m a beginner of English and blog managing.

I hope this blog will help foreign people to enjoy visiting Japan.
